After you’ve completed or closed onboarding content, you may want to revisit it later for reference or continued learning. This guide shows you how to access onboarding materials at any time, including welcome posts, checklists, product tours, and getting started guides.
Welcome Posts
Welcome posts are brief announcements that introduce you to the product and outline the onboarding process you’ll follow. They typically appear the first time you log in.
Revisit a Welcome Post
Click the TeleBot icon in the bottom-right corner of the page to open the Messenger.
Select Messages at the bottom of the Messenger window.
Find the welcome post in your message history and click to preview it.
Click the preview to open the full message.
Checklists
Checklists guide you through key onboarding tasks to help you get started quickly and confidently. Each step may include learning content, product tours, or links to helpful guides.
Checklists appear in the Messenger shortly after you receive a welcome post. If not completed, they’ll continue to pop up—up to five times within 28 days of the initial message. You can revisit them anytime from the Tasks tab in the Messenger.
Complete Steps in a Checklist
Some steps may autocomplete based on your activity.
For steps that do not autocomplete:
Complete the action described in the step.
Click Mark as completed at the bottom of the step.
The progress bar at the top of the checklist will update to show your progress.
The step number will be replaced by a checkmark in front of the completed step.
The completed step will appear compressed, and the next step will be expanded.
Reopen a Checklist
Click the TeleBot icon in the bottom-right corner of the page to open the Messenger.
Select Tasks at the bottom of the Messenger window.
Locate the checklist in your Tasks history and click to relaunch it.
Product Tours
Product tours walk you through key features or functionality in an application, step-by-step. They can be launched from either a Checklist step or a Getting Started Guide and are available to view as many times as needed—there's no limit on how often you can access them.
Note: You must be signed in to the application to view and launch a product tour.
Launch a Product Tour from a Checklist
Open the checklist.
Find the step that includes the product tour.
Click the Start Tour button (or equivalent) within the step.
The tour will begin automatically.
If the tour starts on a different page, you’ll be redirected there first.
Launch a Product Tour from a Getting Started Guide
Open the Getting Started Guide.
Scroll to the section related to the feature or workflow covered in the tour.
Click the button for the tour.
The tour will begin automatically.
If the tour starts on a different page, you’ll be redirected there first.
Getting Started Guides
Getting Started Guides are designed to help you quickly get up and running in an application. They provide useful information such as an overview of how an application works, who uses it, and the benefits of using it. You’ll also find descriptions of key interfaces, instructions for common tasks, and buttons that launch related product tours.
