Customer Requirements

The Data IQ® Warehouse Connector feature of the Data IQ® product requires the customer to provide the technical staff to take advantage of the available capabilities. This section defines the responsibilities of TeleTracking and the responsibilities of the customer.

If your company signed a contract for Data IQ® prior to December 2021, you will need a contract addendum to access the Data IQ® Warehouse Connector feature. Please coordinate with your Customer Representative for additional information.

TeleTracking Responsibilities

  1. Provide a form to collect information that will be used to set up the appropriate accounts and background to support the customer during the term of the agreement.

  2. Create accounts in accordance with the information provided.

  3. Maintain a historical repository of customer information against which customer queries can be run on an ad hoc or periodic basis.

  4. Provide a mechanism to reset passwords for the designated customer accounts.

  5. Provide client support in aiding the customer to connect to the designated repository.

  6. Provide client support in aiding the customer to understand which data fields are appropriate for different use cases.

  7. Monitor utilization of the system and alert the customer if utilization is exceeding the specifications defined in the contract.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Provide necessary information as requested on the Data IQ® Warehouse Connector Account Request Form. Please contact your TeleTracking Commercial Representative for access to the form.

  2. Provide adequate technical resource(s) that are knowledgeable in the following areas:

    1. Programming queries using ODBC/JDBC.

    2. Setting up connections to a Snowflake database.

    3. Managing the transformation of data to align with other data sources if migrating data into an internal enterprise data warehouse.

  3. Provide data access and reporting tools to the data once extracted from TeleTracking systems.

  4. Comply with utilization specifications as defined by TeleTracking in the contract.

  5. Maintain and manage all mandatory PHI requirements with the data extracted using the Data Warehouse Connector.
