Steps
Cases can be started fresh, or pulled from Referrals, we’ll cover how to do both.
Create a New Case
From the Case List tab (Access>Transfers>Cases), click Start New Case, a blank case opens in a new browser. Enter the required information and click Create Case.
Add to Case List
From the Referrals List tab (Access>Transfers>Referrals), click the Add to List plus button, which moves the case to the Case List for you to manage later.
Open Now
From the Referrals List tab (Access>Transfers>Referrals), click the Open Now Folder button, which opens a new tab with your case and moves it to the Case List.
