About

Clinical Details contains Demographic information and other critical fields related to the care of the patient.


Steps

We’ll go through the fields within Clinical Details.

Demographics


General patient information.

  • Weight

    • Enter the weight in lb or kg. The weight is automatically converted to the other measurement.

  • Height

    • Text field for Height.

  • OFC (Occipital Frontal Circumference)

    • Text field for Newborns.


Vital Signs

Select Add Vital Signs to display a vital sign card with the current date/time. Clicking on the link again will give you a new card.

  • BP

    • Blood Pressure text field.

  • HR

    • Heart Rate text field.

  • RR

    • Respiratory Rate text field.

  • SP02

    • Oxygen saturation text field.

  • Temp

    • Temperature text field.


Onset of Symptoms

Date and time symptoms began.

  • Date/Time

    • Use the Now button to insert current date time, or use the calendar tool.

  • Time Since Onset

    • Time auto calculated since the onset time.


Treatment

Contains information about actions taken to manage symptoms, disease, or condition. Select Add another treatment to add additional records.

  • Numerical Identifier

    • Starts at 1 and will increment with each treatment. Begin typing in the field to identify the treatment.

  • Details

    • Text field for additional details about the treatment.


Isolation

Contains any information regarding isolation.

  • ISO Type

    • Type the isolation type to populate one or multiple isolations.

  • Organisms

    • Type the Organism name to populate one or multiple Organisms.


Allergies

Contains any information regarding patient allergies.

  • Known Allergies

    • Type the Allergy name to populate one or multiple Allergies.


Medication/Drips

Contains information about actions taken to manage symptoms, disease, or condition. Select Add another medication to add additional records.

  • Numerical Identifier

    • Starts at 1 and will increment with each medication. Begin typing in the field to identify the medication.

  • Dosage

    • Text field to enter the dosage.

  • Time

    • Text field for the time administered.


Alerts

Document any specific medical condition that could affect treatment.

  • Medical Alerts

    • Type the Alert name to populate one or multiple Alerts.


Patient Code Status

Document any specific Code.

  • Status

    • Type to populate the code status from a list.
