When in Capacity IQ® go to the Home tab
Select My Notifications.
Enable the Delivery Methods if you want screen alerts for Notifications and Alerts.
Save these changes
Best Practices
Log out and back in after clicking Save. This will give you the alert button when you are in any of the Capacity IQ® applications.
