The Default Locale setting affects the language and date format that is displayed on the Data IQ® user interface and reports.
Who Can View the Default Locale?
Customer administrators can view the Default Locale.
Who Can Configure the Default Locale?
Your TeleTracking representative can configure the Default Locale.
How to View the Default Locale
Go to Admin> Settings > Platform Settings to display the Manage Settings page.
Under General Settings the Default Locale field displays one of the following:
en-US - For English-speaking users in the United States
en-GB - For English-speaking users in Great Britain
de-DE - For German-speaking users in Germany
