Adjusted Cleans Flag

A "Y" (yes) or "N" (no) value that shows bed cleaning jobs where clean time ≤5 minutes OR ≥ 60 minutes OR an original response ≥ 120 minutes. Calculation: Total In Progress Time ≤55 minutes OR > 60 minutes OR Response Time ≥120 minutes. This will not be applicable for Daily Cleans.

BED_ADT_ID

System Calc

A unique identifier for the indiviual bed location. This is the bed ADT ID that is associated with the location for the bed cleaning job. This field is helpful in DWC. This will not be applicable for Daily Cleans.

BED_COUNT

The number of beds in the room associated with the Daily Clean job

BLOCKED_BED_REASON

Root

Displays the reason why a bed was blocked during the duration of the bed cleaning job. This will be the most recent reason code for a blocked bed status while it was being cleaned. For example, if a bed is blocked during the course of a bed cleaning job, we will record the most recent reason for the blocked status during that cleaning job. This will not be applicable for Daily Cleans.

BT Job ID

Root

The identifier assigned to the bed cleaning job that appears on the user interface.

BT_JOB_SOURCE

Root

The Job source is determined by how the job was created in the Capacity IQ® application. Possible values include:Work Station - The job is created by an EVS user in a web browser.Handheld - The job is created by an EVS employee in the mobile application, typically through a found bed.Windows Service - The job is created through automated services, such as the HL7 Interface or Location IQ®.

This will not be applicable for Daily Cleans.

BT_JOB_SOURCE_CODE

System Calc

Workstation - The job is created by an EVS user in a web browser. This will not be applicable for Daily Cleans.

BUILDING

Root

The physical structure where medical care is provided and which includes the bed that was cleaned.

BUILDING_ID

The unique identifier for the building where the cleaning job took place.

Campus Name

The name of the destination facility that accepts the transfer patient.

CAMPUS_ID

The unique identifier for the campus where the cleaning job took place.

Cancelled Timestamp

The date and local time of day when the bed cleaning job was cancelled.

The discipline set on the unit for the location of the bed cleaning job. The name of a group of specially related units, such as Behavioral Health, Med/Surgical, and Burn Units.

DISCIPLINE_ID

A system identifier for the unique discipline not visible to users of the application.

EMPLOYEE_CATEGORY

Root

The group assigned to an EVS employee who most recently updated the job status. For example, if the job was cancelled, this will show the employee category of the employee who cancelled the job.

ENTERPRISE

The name of a collection of campuses that includes the bed that was cleaned.

ENTERPRISE_ID

Initial Priority Status Type

JOB_CREATE_REASON_TYPE

The reason a bed cleaning job was created. The values for Bed Cleans and Spill Cleans include:Discharge - When the patient is discharged from the location.Transfer - When a patient is transferred to a different location that changes their home location.Found Bed - When an EVS employee puts a bed Inprogress using the Found Bed functionality.Other - When a cleaning request is created directly after releasing a blocked bed—when a patient has a bed request created while in a specialty location—any other scenario that does not match the other Job Create reason types.Cancel Admint - When an ADT message discharges a patient due to cancelling their admission.Spill - When a spill clean request is entered.Found Spill - When a spill clean request is entered by an EVS employee using the Found Spill functionality.

For Daily Clean Jobs, the values are: Job Sweep, Supervisor Job Reopen

A system calculation used for localization filtering—displays the Last Upgrade Status. This field is not intended for client report building.

LAST_UPGRADE_STATUS_RESPONSE

For cleaning jobs that have been upgraded to Stat or Clean Next, this shows the duration from the time of the upgrade to the response timestamp.

LATEST_LASTMODDATE_ENTERPRISE

System calculation that displays the most recent update in enterprise time format to any of the data points in this data source. The enterprise time is in the timezone configured in the Operations IQ® Platform enterprise settings. This field is not intended for client reporting.

LOCATION

Root

The name of the bed that was cleaned.

LOCATION_ID

A system identifier for the location not visible to users of the application.

Number of Records

The number of rows in the database. Each row represents a different bed cleaning job.

NURSESTATION_ADT_ID

A unique identifier for an individual nurse station. This is the Nursestation ADT ID that is associated with the location for the bed cleaning job. This field is helpful in DWC.

Original Response Time

Root

It displays the time from the job creation to first response timestamp (the response timestamp could be in-progress or delayed).

OVERALL_TURNTIME

Root

Displays the time from the case created timestamp to the completed timestamp. This will not be applicable for Daily Clean Jobs because Daily Cleans sit for an extended periods of time.

OVERALL_TURN_TIME

The total number of minutes from when a bed cleaning job was created until it was completed, including the duration in which the job was Suspended or Delayed. Jobs with a cancelled status are excluded. Calculation: Completed Timestamp minus Created Timestamp. This will not be applicable for Daily Cleans.

REOPENED_BY_USER

The user who reopened the Daily Clean job.

REOPENED_BY_USER_LOGIN_ID

The unique username associated with the user that reopened the daily clean job.

REOPENED_REASON

The reason indicated when a user reopens a Daily Clean job.

REOPENED_TIMESTAMP

The local date and time of day that the daily clean job was reopened.

REOPENED_TIMESTAMP_ENTERPRISE
