Sometimes there can be issues with users logging in and not seeing all their appropriate application tabs. Generally this happens for new users, or users that have recently returned after migrating to the Operations IQ® Platform. This may need to be reviewed/corrected by TeleTracking Support.
Solution
Confirm that there is a duplicate account by searching by LastName, FirstName, or Email in Admin > Users
Confirm what email address is associated with the correct account and review if the appropriate User Roles are assigned to the account.
