About

We’ll cover what is involved with Adding a Facility to the Dictionary to be used for Transfer IQ®. This is generally done by an Administrator but can be completed by those more closely involved with the day-to-day work within patient placement.

Steps

You are able to add any number of facilities that are not already integrated with Capacity IQ®/Capacity Management Suite®

Navigate to the Facility Dictionary

  • Travel to Admin > Data > Dictionaries.

  • Under Select Dictionary, choose Facility.

Check for Duplicates

Ensure to search to make sure you don’t add excess data for your users to filter through.

  • Use the Search Name box to go through your current facilities.

Add a Facility

  • Select Add Entry in the top right.

  • Populate at minimum the Name field under Facility Details.

  • Select Save Changes for the facility to be available for use.
