It is possible to have an auto transport job to have the same origin + destination location in the Transport Job Audit. This may be due to an A02 (Transfer) ADT message processing before the job is put in progress.
Solution
To prevent this issue, confirm the Transport Job is In Progress before sending a A02 (Transfer) message.
One way you can confirm this is with a Patient Audit.
When the transport job is put in progress, it locks the origin of the job, thus sending the A02 after a job was put in progress will not update the origin.
If you want to confirm this caused an issue check the Transport Notification History to see the origin/destination location statuses at the time of Job Creation.
