Updated over 2 weeks ago

We have moved all Data Point Definitions from our legacy online help site to the TeleTracking® Help Center.

What’s Changing

  • Old Location: Previously, all data point definitions were listed in a single searchable table on our legacy help site.

  • New Location: Each data source now has its own article in the TeleTracking® Help Center, with all associated data point definitions listed there.

  • Status: The old help site will no longer be updated.

Locating Data Point Definitions

  • Use the Help Center: Browse or search for the data source you're interested in. Each data source article contains definitions for all data points within that data source.

  • Ask Telebot: If you know the data point name, you can ask Telebot directly.
Example: “What is the BT_JOB_SOURCE data point in the BTJOB data source?”

  • Quick Search Tip:

    💡 Best Practice
Use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F on Mac) to search within articles for a specific data point.

We recommend using the Help Center and Telebot as your primary sources for data point definitions moving forward.
