What is TeleBot?
An additional means for you to communicate with TeleTracking via a chat feature imbedded within our products. This feature allows you to search for articles and content on your own, chat with a robot for commonly asked questions, and/or chat with a TeleTracking Support Engineer for more complex involved questions.
When should I use TeleBot and what can it do?
When you are seeking information and want to learn more about our solutions.
TeleBot allows you to search for articles/content on your own to find answers to commonly asked questions.
When you have a specific question.
As you start to type your question, TeleBot will use keywords to immediately suggest content and articles that may be relevant to your inquiry. You can review this content, and/or continue with submitting your question to start a chat.
TeleBot may ask you follow-up questions during the chat to obtain more detailed information.
If TeleBot cannot help you, the option to connect to a live Client Support Engineer will be available by clicking the “Get More Help” option.
When you want to chat with a Client Support Engineer for help.
Use the chat option instead of calling the 1-(877) phone queue to communicate with a Client Support Engineer whether it’s to ask a new question or check on the status of an already existing Client Support ticket.
When you want to understand system availability and performance related information.

Why Should I use TeleBot?

You don’t need to wait in the call queue when asking a simple question. TeleBot can respond almost instantly which means less waiting.

Start a chat from within the application by simply clicking the TeleBot chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Can’t remember the Client Support phone number? On the phone with someone else at the moment? No worries!

Automatic Identification
Don’t want to provide your name, e-mail, and contact information each time you call us? TeleBot automatically recognizes who you are and what health system you are associated with!

We learn from each interaction. This means the more you use TeleBot, the smarter it becomes. TeleBot starts to understand what worked and what didn’t.
How does TeleBot work and how can I access it?
Asking TeleBot for help is a simple user-friendly process accessible from within our solutions. Simply click the TeleBot icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to start a chat and/or search for content.
Ask TeleBot for help and it will respond with content. If needed, TeleBot will ask you follow-up questions during the chat for more information. TeleBot is an AI powered solution which means over time, it will become smarter and faster with helping you!

Why can’t I find content related to a certain topic?
While there is an extensive amount of information available in TeleBot, it will never be fully comprehensive. If you find TeleBot doesn’t know the answer to your inquiry, your chat will route to a TeleTracking Support Engineer. In addition, TeleBot lets us know we have a gap in content. Our team will create an article on that topic and upload it to TeleBot which means the next person that asks the same question can get help instantly!
Is TeleBot and online help the same content?
No. The content that resides in TeleBot currently draws from a separate repository. It is also formatted a bit differently. While the content may be very similar, TeleBot is meant to provide quick answers with short, pointed articles (and in some cases videos too!). It can eliminate the time you might spend searching for specific content in online help because it’s smart logic does the searching for you!
Is the chatbot on the teletracking.com website the same as TeleBot?
No, this bot is different. It is geared toward visitors that are new to TeleTracking and want to learn more about our solutions and service offerings.
Is Telebot able to be moved from the lower right corner?
At the moment, the TeleBot icon is fixed on the lower right corner of the screen and cannot be moved. However, you can easily access TeleBot by clicking on the icon whenever you need help.
