The Time Zone setting affects the time of day that is displayed in reports that use the Opertions IQ® database as the data source.


Steps

Configure the Time Zone

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Platform Settings to display the Manage Settings page.

  2. Under General Settings in Time Zone, select the time zone from the list.

    1. The default value is Eastern Standard Time (UTC-04:00).

  3. Select Change Settings to save the new time zone that you entered.


Best Practices

The updated time zone setting is activated for users who sign in from this point forward.
