An emailed Data IQ® subscription will display an image of the current report that acts as a hyperlink to the report itself.
This image will sometimes appear compacted, with missing labels and data, as in the following example.

Solution
As per the Tableau Knowledge Base:
"The underlying logic of each email client determines how images are displayed in the email application. Tableau Server and Tableau Online have no control over how each email application renders emails.
Whenever the default size is set to 'fixed', the subscription image is set to 800 x 600 px. These set measurements are responsible for the distorted visualizations due to objects not fitting properly. The solution is to set the Dashboard to 'Custom size'"
To explain, the client can attempt to increase the the default size of the dashboard which may correct the image in the subscription. However, this issue is two fold as the clients email client (outlook, gmail, etc) may also limit the size of the image.
Clients may find third-party tools that can send subscriptions as a PDF file - Using these tools is not supported by TeleTracking.
