A printable copy of the case details can be saved to a local computer, attached to an email, or printed and shared.
Steps
There are three ways to print case information. Go to Access > Transfers to display the Cases list.
Print a Transfer Case
While viewing a case, select the print icon in the top right of the screen.
While editing a case, you can save your changes and at the same time print the case by selecting the arrow next to Save and then selecting Save & Print from the list that appears.
While in a case's edit mode if you have not made any changes, select the arrow next to the inactive Save button. Select Print from the list that appears.
Select the printing options that you want and select OK.
Best Practices
Users who have been assigned the Patient Placement Specialist role can print transfer cases.
The printable case displays all of the fields in the case. If no information has been entered, the fields display double dashes (--).
