About

To provide you with better performance and end user experience, TeleTracking® is adding two additional public IP addresses. All DNS records will be updated with the new public IP addresses by the end of January 2024. This change will allow for better load balancing of web browser requests.

The below instructions outline how to ready your network for this performance improvement.

New Public IP Addresses:

  • 20.242.51.105

  • 20.7.175.62

What do you need to do?

Reference your circumstance below and follow these instructions.

My health system explicitly blocks internet web sites

Please have your IT Department’s networking and desktop teams confirm that all firewalls and other networking points between your users and the public internet using IP-based whitelisting are updated to allow HTTPS traffic to the new public IP addresses. This must be added to any existing rule set for access to the TeleTracking IQ platform. Also, ensure that you do not override the DNS record’s TTL. Once this change is made, notify MaintenanceNotifications@teletracking.com so we can update your DNS record.

My health system does not explicitly unblock internet web sites.

Verify with your IT Department’s network and desktop team that you do not use whitelisting to allow access to the TeleTracking IQ® Platform. Also, ensure that the DNS record's TTL is not overridden. Once this change is made, notify MaintenanceNotifications@teletracking.com so we can update your DNS record.

Please forward this message to someone on your IT Department’s networking team to review the steps above. Thank you for your continued partnership.
