Idea
We needed to expand on the past Requested Level of Care logic to include the Level of Care field on Referrals as a source.
Solution
TTP-125 - When a case is imported from referrals within Referral IQ®, the value will populate the Requested Level of Care field. Refer to the feature and functionality articles to find out more about the Transfer IQ® Requested Level of Care feature.
