Summary

This feature will remove the Case Worklist “Upcoming” tab and incorporate the cases within the “Active” tab. ETA will no longer be a determining factor for patients appearing or not appearing on the Active worklist.

Context

Active and Upcoming tabs slowed down certain workflows. There was an idea to merge the Upcoming and Active Tab to incorporate all the cases, regardless of ETA into the Active Tab.

Functionality

  • The Upcoming Tab within Transfers is removed.

  • The Active tab displays the patients that would have previously only been shown on the Upcoming Tab.

  • Removal of all functionality restricting the list of active cases by ETA.

  • The Active tab shows all active cases.

  • No changes to the completed tab

Enablement

  • This functionality is behind a feature flag.

  • By default the upcoming tab remains, enabling the feature flag will remove the upcoming tab and all cases on that list to the active tab.

  • This can be enabled by TeleTracking Support.
