Current Transfer Cases
Real-time, enterprise view of Transfer IQ® performance. This includes Average Time to Accept, In Progress Cases, Last 24 Hours Completed Cases, Cases by Disposition, In Progress Cases by Hospital Specialty, In Progress Cases by Campus, and Completed Cases by Campus. On average the data within this dashboard has a 5-10 minute latency
TransferCenter Case
Real-time, enterprise view of TransferCenter performance, including declines and cancels by facility and service line.
Facility Case Communication
Real-time, enterprise view of TransferCenter case metrics including average response time by facility and top declining facilities with disposition.
Physician Case Communication
Real-time, enterprise view of physician communication accountability metrics, including total declines by physician, and average response time by physician.
Transport Performance
This interactive reports displays the average duration of Transport requests along with the time taken by cancels and delays after dispatch. The charts on the right side of the dashboard show enterprise-wide durations.
EVS Performance
Toggle between historical and current day views of EVS performance. Data can be filtered by: Date, Campus, and/or Adjusted Clean Flag.
Patient Placement

This interactive report displays the overall case outbound requests by campus and service line and trends in outbound volume from previous years. Data can be filtered by EMC status, year, and/or month.

This interactive report compares the activity of different services from the current month to the prior month through numeric values and percent changes. Provides insight into areas of opportunity that can increase operational efficiency and health system growth.
