WHAT DOES END OF LIFE MEAN?
Given the rapidly evolving hardware, software and needs of our clients, TeleTracking sometimes chooses to "end of life" software offerings. Reasons vary from dependencies on technology that is no longer produced or supported (such as an operating system) to advances in other products that render older software obsolete.
We recognize that this decision can have a profound impact on clients, and we always endeavor to provide ample notice and time (at least 18 months) before the EoL date so that you can make the necessary arrangements to transition or continue supporting your EoL software.'
If an EoL date has been announced, that means that technical support for that product will cease as of the end-of-life date.
IF MY SOFTWARE EOL DATE HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
