What’s New with the TeleTracking® Help Center?

We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates to our online help center that will make finding support easier and more intuitive for you!

All help content will now be housed exclusively in the TeleTracking® Help Center

  • Previous help sites are being phased out and will no longer receive updates, so make sure to check the help center for all your support needs.

  • Capacity Management Suite® in-app help will still be available until the transition to Capacity IQ® is complete.


Fresh Layout

We’ve revamped the layout of the TeleTracking® Help Center to make navigation smoother, so you can find the help you need without the hassle.


Localized Content

No matter where you are, we want to help you!

  • Help content for customers in Europe will also exclusively live in the TeleTracking® EU Help Center.

  • Previous help sites will be phased out and will no longer receive updates.

  • The Help Center will load the help content in your language if it is available, based on your browser. You can also adjust the language via the language drop-down found at the top-right corner of the help center.

  • We plan on expanding content in other languages alongside English.


Streamlined Collections

Help content is now grouped together in a way that makes sense and is easy to find.

Highlighted Articles

Each product has a dedicated category where you can find all of its help content.

  • The Release Notes and updated Help Content for each product are available at the top of the corresponding sections.

    • The new Help Content combines information from previously used help sites and articles.

    • Formerly published articles can still be found in related Product collections.

New Mobile Apps Collection

A new Mobile Apps collection contains the Help Content for our mobile apps!

Updates to the Reference Guide Collection

The Reference Guides collection includes our Technical Information References (TIRs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs).


Why These Changes Matter

We understand that when you’re facing an issue, the last thing you want is to waste time searching for answers. Our goal with these updates is to save you time and make your experience as smooth as possible.
