Ensure Capacity IQ® or the Capacity Management Suite® solution is not experiencing an outage.
Refer to the Status Pagefor real-time status updates.
Part 2 - Gather Information
If there are no known issues, gather the following information before reaching out to TeleTracking Support.
Problem:
Description of what happened
Anything specific that seems unique to your problem
Scope:
How many cases is it affecting?
When did it start?
Examples
Please ensure no PHI is included
Any recent outages
