Checklist


Part 1 - Check for an Outage

Ensure Capacity IQ® or the Capacity Management Suite® solution is not experiencing an outage.

  1. Refer to the Status Pagefor real-time status updates.


Part 2 - Gather Information

If there are no known issues, gather the following information before reaching out to TeleTracking Support.

  • Problem:

    • Description of what happened

    • Anything specific that seems unique to your problem

  • Scope:

    • How many cases is it affecting?

    • When did it start?

  • Examples

    • Please ensure no PHI is included

  • Any recent outages


Part 3 - Reach out to TeleTracking Support

Please send us the information gathered in Part 2.
