We need to be able to view data around current cases in Transfer IQ®.
Solution
A new fast lane data source, Current IQ Case, is now available.
Current IQ Case retains all cases where the Case Complete Timestamp is within the last 72 hours or is null.
Please refer to the data points and data source overview pages for more information.
Additionally, the Current Transfer Cases dashboard has been added and is available as part of the standard content.
