Navigating in Capacity IQ®

Components and Applications

The Capacity IQ® solution consists of the Home page and the following separate components and applications:

  • Admin Tool or Admin > Settings > Capacity Management

  • BedTracking® Application

  • PreAdmitTracking® application with the electronic bedboard® view View

  • PatientTracking Portal® Application

  • TransportTracking™ Application

  • Standard Reports or Clinical Operations > Capacity IQ® Reports or Care Support > Capacity IQ® Reports


How to Navigate

How you navigate to an application or component depends on whether you have the traditional Capacity IQ® solution or the Capacity IQ® solution enabled through the TeleTracking IQ® platform.

Home page, My Notifications, My Information

Home

  • My Notifications link - Your username link - For access to BedTracking and TransportTracking applications, Care Support menu - For access to PreAdmitTracking and PatientTracking Portal applications, Clinical Operations menu

Administration

Admin Tool <br> Select the appropriate section (for example, User Management)

Admin > Settings > Capacity Management Or, if your health system is configured for multiple instances of the Capacity IQ® Solution, Admin > Settings > Capacity Management > <Instance Name>

BedTracking® Application
