Overview
This article provides background information about how Standard Lane and Fast Lane data sources differ, and how to interpret the folder types assigned to data points in the TeleTracking® Help Center.
Standard Lane Data Sources
Standard Lane data is available in two formats:
Full Historical
Includes: All historical data
Latency: 45–90 minutes
Used For: Reports requiring full historical context (e.g., Transfer IQ®)
Exceptions:
Care Progression Indicators, Discharge Milestones, Transporter Employee Performance, and Care Progression Indicators Detail
These have a 3-hour latency to support Capacity IQ® historical updates
Data Source Extracts
Includes: Data from the past two years through the previous day
Latency: N/A (static daily refresh)
Used For: Interactive reports and content needing faster load times
Note: Data points match the Full Historical version
These data sources are used in standard reports and contain all available data points for each source.
