The type of communication update made to the staff communication. Values can include: ACCEPTED - A disposition of accepted set for the communication card. DECLINED - A disposition of declined set for the communication card. CANCELLED - A disposition of cancelled set for the communication card. CONSULTED - A disposition of consulted set for the communication card. CONFERENCED - The communication card had the conference button selected. RETURNED - The communication card had the returned call button selected. CONTACTED - The communication card had the contacted button selected.

The reason selected when a disposition is set. When recording a cancelled or declined disposition for the communication card, the Transfer IQ® user is required to record a reason for the cancellation or declination.

The local date and time of the day when the disposition is selected for the staff.

FACILITY_ID

The name of the facility associated with the communication history entry. When selecting a disposition for the staff communication card, the user may be required to record the facility associated with the disposition.

The unique identifier associated with the instance. For Transfer IQ®, this will be the same as the Tenant ID. This field is not intended for client reporting.

IS_DELETED

If the staff communication card is deleted, all the staff communication history records will be deleted and the is_deleted flag is set to true. Default value is false.

LASTMODDATE

The created local date/time that the staff communication history record was updated.
