Also, your sales representative shared this information with your team over the last 24 months, including offering a free trial of SynapseIQ Enterprise, our new analytics solution.
Please note that Custom Reporting Solution (CRS) may be used through end-of-life in July 2022 if extended support is purchased from Microsoft. Also, standard reports may still be accessed in Capacity Management Suite (CMS.) Finally, we recommend that you transition to SynapseIQ Enterprise, our cloud-based analytics solution.
