Proper Use Policy for TeleTracking Chat Support

Users of this chatbot service acknowledge and agree that it is not intended to be, and shall not be, used to transmit, share, distribute, or store a) protected health information (“PHI”) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and/or the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH ; b) Personal Data and/or Personal Information as defined by the UK GDPR and/or the UK 2018 Data Protection Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended; or c) any other category of protected information or patient data or information (collectively hereinafter “Protected Information”). TeleTracking Technologies, Inc., and its affiliates, expressly disclaim any and all liability arising out of, or relating in any way to, User’s intentional or inadvertent disclosure of PHI Protected Information via this chatbot service.
