What to look for if new user is missing browser tabs.

Frequently when a new account is created certain Application tabs may be missing. New Accounts are created with default permissions if additional configuration is done which will allows login, but many times without the proper applications. Contact your IT Helpdesk to have them review your account for the proper roles.


Solution

  • Provide your Helpdesk with the information about which applications you need access to.

  • It is helpful to reference a colleague who is working properly.
