This article will walk you through how to request an edit or addition to your user account permissions.


Solution

You will need to reach out to your facility’s internal TeleTracking admin, a supervisor, or your internal Help Desk if:

  • you had the ability to see an area in the application, and now you don’t.

  • you would like to have new permissions added to your user profile.

TeleTracking is unable to change any permissions on a client’s production system.
