How logging out/back in may help some issues.

Sometimes there are errors or features not functioning properly. This is most commonly related to a session issue, every time you login in you either continue an existing session or make a new one.


Solution

Logging out properly and logging back in may fix some problems in the application. Ensure you use the Sign Out button to properly end your session, then re-login. Closing out of the browser with the red X does not always end your session properly.
