We’ll cover how to remove Notes, Issues, and Communication Events from the Case Log. This is most commonly used by Patient Placement Specialists.
Steps
Delete Case Notes and Issues
Notes and issues an be removed by selecting the Trash icon in the top right of the card.
Once the Trash is selected you’ll be asked to confirm deletion.
Select Yes, Delete
Save the case.
Delete Communication Events
Event Cards will appear in your Case Log based on items triggered in the following sections under the Communication Tab:
Target Physician Communication
Target Facility Communication
Escalation
To remove the Events related to a specific Communication:
Select the X in the top right corner of the Communication Card in the Case List.
Review the number of events to be deleted from the Case Log
Select Yes, Delete to remove.
