We’ll cover how to edit cards within the Case Log. This is used by both Patient Placement Specialists to properly document/correct any notes, issues or events.
Steps
While a case is in edit mode, select the Edit Pencil in the top right of a note, issue or event to go into Edit mode. The log will change to edit mode, marked by blue margin, and the fields will be activated.
Editing Date/Time
Use the Calendar button + Time to update the date/time on the log. Additionally you can click the Now button to update both fields to your current date/time.
Changeable on:
Notes
Issues
Communication Events
Cannot be changed on:
Indented Notes under Communication Events or Issues
Editing Text
Once the log is in edit mode you are able to freely adjust the time.
Editing Tags
Once the log is in edit mode you are able to freely adjust tags.
