You can subscribe to a dashboard to receive recurring updates on data from a particular view or entire workbook. This article provides the steps to subscribe to a dashboard in Data IQ®.
Steps
Click Subscribe from the toolbar.
From the Subscribe window, select the desired options:
Include: select This View or Entire Workbook.
Check Don’t Send if View is Empty (Optional).
Format Image: select Image, PDF, or Image and PDF.
Edit the Subject and/or enter a Message (Optional).
Click to expand the Schedule drop-down.
Specify the time, frequency, and days that you want to receive updates on a report.
Note: Click the Time Zone link at the bottom of the dialog to change time zones.
Click Subscribe.
Once you've set up your subscription you can manage it (and any other subscriptions based on the same workbook) from the Subscriptions tab in your workbook.
