Solution
Ensure you have your system setup in Test first with a SSL Certificate
Provide the below for all related Capacity IQ® servers:
DNS Name
FQDN
Ports
TeleTracking Support will updated and confirm with you all of the settings before changing
We’ll restart IIS and all services.
We’ll ask you to validate.
Changes can then be scheduled for production.
