A particular unit is not available when a user with variable membership logs into Capacity IQ®.


Solution

For the unit to be selectable when a variable user logs in, the Allow Floaters setting must be enabled.

  • From Admin Tool go to Units

  • Select the unit that is not displaying upon user login

  • Enable the Allow floaters setting

  • Save changes
