Do not click the X in the upper-right corner as this will not sign you out or end your session.
By clicking X now when you open a new internet window and signing in, you are creating multiple sessions.
Having multiple sessions active could cause issues within the application.
Logout
Click Sign Out in the upper-right corner of the page.
If you are signed in to multiple sessions (or multiple workstations), signing out will close all sessions on all workstations.
End Session
Ending a session instead of signing out is helpful if you are signed in to more than one session or workstation and you only want to sign out of one of them.
Only the session and workstation from which you select End Session will be ended. You will not be signed out of all sessions.
