If you attempt to change units that you are assigned to but unable, we recommend logging out and back in to the application.
Steps
Change Unit Once Logged into Capacity IQ®
You will need to Sign out of the application
Now that you are signed out, you will need to Log back in
Once logged in, you will have the option to pick the unit you need to work in.
Hit Save
Now you are logged into the unit you need to work in. To change units, you will need to repeat the steps listed above.
Best Practices
If still unable to access needed unit, reach out to a supervisor.
