After logging in, a user is met with a blank screen.


Solution

Clear Cache

Follow steps outlined in Clearing Cache

Confirm AD Roles

If possible, check the user’s account to confirm user roles are assigned.

  • If Roles are missing, reach out to an internal resource.

    • Roles are controlled by AD groups. The user’s AD profile will need to be verified.
