If experiencing slowness, lag, or freezing, follow these steps to gather some information before reaching out for more assistance.


Checklist


Part 1 - Confirm Your Facility isn’t having issues

Consult with your IT department to ensure that there are no network issues or that work is being completed


Part 2 - Confirm Status

Look at TeleTracking US Status for real-time status updates.


Part 3 - Run a Speedtest

While experiencing slowness, run a speed test at

  1. Click Go

  2. Send us your results


Part 4 - Describe Slowness

What is the scope; who is experiencing slowness?

  • Are other users experiencing slowness or this problem?

  • Is it slow opening a new case, saving a case, and case notes appearing?

  • Slow for case grid updates, switching between active/upcoming/completed tabs?

  • Provide timestamp of slowness

  • Are there any examples or errors?


Part 5 - Reach Out to Us

Send us your:

  • Speedtest results

  • Description of slowness
