Users are sent back to the login page as if they were timed out for inactivity, but the Application Access Audit report does not show any records of logouts.


Solution

It is possible that the Source IP persistence may be set too low in the load balancer. The server admin will need to adjust this within the load balancer. Our recommendation for Source IP persistence is generally the length of an average shift.
