Can't Login using Safari on iPad - Capacity IQ® Mobile

A client is attempting to login to Capacity IQ® using Safari on an iPad and the login screen refreshes upon trying to login.


Solution

The client will need to ensure they do not have JavaScript disabled on the device.

  • To check go to Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> JavaScript

Once JavaScript is enabled the user should be able to log in via Safari.
