When using an iPad to access Capacity IQ®, a user is automatically signed out after selecting an application (BedTracking, TransportTracking, PreAdmit, etc).
Steps
This has been resolved by enabling and disabling settings. Please note the steps differ slightly for iPad or iPhone.
Clear Cache
Ask the user to clear cache and try to login again.
If that does not resolve the issue, try the below steps
For iPad
Within Safari settings (or whichever browser is used on iPad)
Launch the Settings menu
Select Safari (or other browser) from the Settings menu list
Scroll down to the Accessibility section
enable Show Color in Tab Bar toggle
disable Cross tracking
For iPhone
Within Safari settings (or whichever browser is used on iPhone)
Launch the Settings menu
Select Safari (or other browser) from the Settings menu list
Scroll down to the Tabs section
enable Allow Website Tinting toggle
disable Cross tracking
