Unable to see the Transfers menu within the application.


Solution

Check if you have the right permissions or active directory group assigned.

Necessary permissions:

  • For Transfer IQ® + Capacity IQ® or Capacity Management Suite®: Administrator, Patient Placement Specialist, Capacity Management User roles

  • For Transfer IQ® + Capacity IQ® or Capacity Management Suite® with Referral IQ® enabled: All the above and External Care Provider roles

  • For Transfer IQ® Standalone: Patient Placement Specialist role

Reach out to your system administrator for further assistance as outlined in Request Change to User Permissions
