Solution
Check if you have the right permissions or active directory group assigned.
Necessary permissions:
For Transfer IQ® + Capacity IQ® or Capacity Management Suite®: Administrator, Patient Placement Specialist, Capacity Management User roles
For Transfer IQ® + Capacity IQ® or Capacity Management Suite® with Referral IQ® enabled: All the above and External Care Provider roles
For Transfer IQ® Standalone: Patient Placement Specialist role
