The Estimate Time of Arrival (ETA) column may be missing from the Upcoming Tab. This tab is important to the logic which makes cases appear on Upcoming rather than Active in TransferCenterIQ™.
Solution
Add the ETA column using the column selector (book icon). Refer to Add or Remove Columns for more help.
It is a good idea to keep this column on the Upcoming view. If you have permissions select Save Default View.
