Losing tabs - Capacity IQ®

About

Customers using Capacity IQ® integrated with the Operations IQ® Platform faced an issue where they were unable to see tabs using Google Chrome™ browser version 113 or later. This occurred when they navigated from the Operations IQ® Platform the Capacity IQ® tabs.


Solution

Chrome Solution

  • Open a Google Chrome™ browser.

  • In the URL field at the top, type

    • chrome://flags/#third-party-storage-partitioning.

  • The flags page > Experimental third-party storage partitioning section appears.

  • Next to Experimental third-party storage partitioning, select Disabled in the drop-down list.

  • Relaunch the Google Chrome™ browser.

  • Your IT Administrator can make the Google Chrome™ flag change globally for your entire healthcare system via a network policy change.
