For security reasons, TeleTracking recommends that you stop using a operating system version after the vendor's end-of-support date.

How to Find Your Device’s Operating System Version
iOS
To find the version on an iOS device, go to Settings > General > About.
Android
To find the version on an Android device you will tap Settings > Scroll down to About Phone (About Tablet or About on Android tablets depending on the make and model of the device) > Scroll down to Software Information > Android Version.
