64-bit edition recommended for all new installations.

CPU

One CPU Core, Intel® Xeon® processor, 2.0GHz, 133MHz FSB, or equivalent AMD CPU.

RAM

4 GB.

Disk Architecture

RAID 5.

Free Internal Disk Space

80 GB for application partition, 40 GB for operating system partition.

High Availability

Yes. Active/Passive. TeleTracking allows failover clustering within Microsoft Clustering Services, but will not set up and support this environment for our clients. This is the responsibility of the client's server administrator (or equivalent role).

Network Interface

Ethernet 100/1000 Mbps. Performance may vary based on bandwidth. NIC teaming is supported.

Backup Device/Method

Customer provided. Backup must have open file capability. File locking must be disabled.

Application CPU Intensive

No.

Modem

No.

SSL Supported

Clients must supply a valid SSL certificate. Trusted self-signed or third-party provided (Verisign) certificates are valid. Test certificates are not considered valid.

Load Balancing

Supported on web tier only. Only supported with Microsoft® Network Load Balancing. However, TeleTracking will not set up and support this environment for our clients. This is the responsibility of the client's server administrator (or equivalent role).
We recommend using Source IP persistence with a persistence time of the average shift length (8 hours).

Web Server

The following components must be installed before the classic TransferCenter™ 2 Application Server:

Classic TransferCenter™ Application Web Server

Microsoft® Internet Information Services (IIS) is a built-in component of your Windows OS and Server. Versions are as follows:

  • 8.0 for Windows® 8 and Windows Server® 2012

  • 8.5 for Windows® 8 and Windows Server® 2012 R2

  • 10 for Windows® 10 and Windows Server® 2016

The following are required and installed by the TeleTracking installation program:

  • Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later.

  • Microsoft® Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.61030

  • RabbitMQ Server

  • Erlang OTP

Third-Party Software

  • SQL Client Tools.

  • Adobe® Acrobat® Reader is required for documentation and for reports that are generated in .pdf format. Version or later.

Virtualized Servers

The server can be a virtualized server as long as the virtual machine meets all requirements that are specified in this document for each server and for resources dedicated to the virtual machine TeleTracking will not set up and support this environment for our clients. Support for this environment is the responsibility to our client’s server administrator or equivalent role.

Performance can vary greatly based on hardware, configuration, and utilization. All systems should conform to Microsoft’s Best Practices. VM environments may increase RAM and CPU requirements. Please consult TeleTracking support for more information.

Microsoft Active Directory

Secure Socket Layer SSL=Yes (Optional but strongly recommended) Clients must supply a valid SSL certificate. Trusted self-signed or third-party provided (Verisign) certificates are valid. Test certificates are not considered valid.

  • Less robust processors, such as Intel® Atom™ or AMD Fusion processors, are not equivalent to the processor that is specified above and may cause performance issues.

Network Interface

Monitor Requirements

  • 15” 1024x768 32-bit color depth or higher is the minimum required. (1280 x 1024 is recommended.)

Adobe® Acrobat® Reader

  • Yes. Required for documentation and for reports that are generated in .pdf format. (Version 8.0+ required.)

Call Recording Requirements

  • Sound card

  • Speakers, Headphones, or other listening devices

  • Software to play MP3 files (Windows Media Player, etc.)


Third Party Software Components

  • Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.6.2:

    • Required on each workstation.

    • If not already installed, must be installed manually.

    • Admin privileges required for installation.

    • Install/upgrade before installing the classic TransferCenter™ application to avoid user interruption.

  • Crystal Reports:

    • Crystal Reports for Visual Studio® .Net 2010.

  • Microsoft® Excel® or Excel® Viewer:

    • Required for displaying reports.


Remote Access


Call Recording

The call recording feature of the classic TransferCenter™ application requires one of the following versions of the NICE Uptivity™ call recording application:

NICE Uptivity™ (formerly CallCopy®, Uptivity® and inContact®)

To integrate the classic TransferCenter™ application with the Uptivity software, the Uptivity implementation must have a dedicated CTI Core specifically for classic TransferCenter™ application as this is a requirement for the integration between both systems.

    • Certified with classic TransferCenter™ application version 3.0.

    • Contact NICE Uptivity™ Technical Support for required version details.

  • Uptivity™ Version 18.1.2:

    • Certified with classic TransferCenter™ application version 2018.2.10.

    • Contact NICE Uptivity™ Technical Support for required version details.

  • Your TeleTracking representative can assist your organization in updating the classic TransferCenter™ application to integrate with NICE Uptivity™.
