The user is unable to log out and getting the error Transporter ID not found in the system.

This usually means that the user logged in to the application through the desktop along with the app. This creates multiple sessions for the user.

Solution

  • When you have a transporter who is logged in and unable to log out, you can try the following steps to log them out:

  • The internal admin or manager will need to pull up the user profile and click Log out for the day.

  • The user's profile will need to be logged into the application on the desktop.

  • Once logged in the user will need to click signout

  • DO NOT JUST X OUT OF THE APPLICATION, this will not end the session on the desktop. By just clicking the X this will create multiple sessions.
