Location Hierarchical Data Source Enhancements
Problem
To be able to track metrics across all instances of an enterprise, historical data in Data IQ® should reflect the most up-to-date location hierarchy details.
Solution
We enhanced how we display location hierarchical data across all our Capacity Management Suite® and Capacity IQ® data sources. This ensures that all historical data in Data IQ® consistently reflects the most up-to-date location hierarchy details, such as Location, Campus, Room, Floor, Unit names, etc., as defined in the Capacity Management Suite® or Capacity IQ® systems, without any additional historical data updates from the Data IQ® end.
